<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm="0cm"0cm="0cm"0pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">(三)向行业管理部门、行业协会就该行业的商品、服务问题提出建议,并要求该行业的经营者采取必要措施维护消费者权益;<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm="0cm"0cm="0cm"0pt; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align="left"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">第五十四条<span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>行政管理部门、行业协会、社团组织及单位接受保护消费者权益委员会咨询、查询或者转交其处理的投诉,应当在规定的时限内作出明确答复。无故拖延或者拒不答复的,保护消费者权益委员会可以向其上级或者主管机关反映,要求答复。<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
